Our global presence spans Paris, London, and New York, led by Alireza Razavi, drawing inspiration from diverse design cultures worldwide.

At the heart of the Soho Triplex lies a vision where families converge - a space fostering connectivity and presence. Owners adorned this three-level penthouse with an impressive collection of vibrant art pieces, predominantly highlighting the works of young African artists across its expansive interior.

Our journey commenced with a transformative renovation, redefining the space with open facades, expansive bay windows, and rejuvenated top floors, now boasting access to two magnificent terraces. Natural light permeates the apartment, weaving through new openings and illuminating every corner, crafting an inviting atmosphere.

Central to this masterpiece stands the staircase, an imposing steel structure with a bronze patina, symbolizing unity and shared living values. We eschewed sharp corners, opting for graceful curves that echo the spiral staircase's silhouette, fostering seamless movement throughout.

Our design ethos embraces longevity, envisioning spaces adaptable to evolving needs. With a timeless palette of American walnut, marble, glass, steel, and bronze, coupled with bespoke furnishings seamlessly intertwined with the client's personal collection, our interiors transcend trends, embracing enduring elegance.

Each aspect, from door hardware to fireplace, celebrates meticulous attention to detail, while custom-designed furniture harmonizes effortlessly with curated pieces, reflecting the space's unique geometry and individuality.

Gaze upon Manhattan's panoramic vistas from three meticulously landscaped terraces embracing the east, west, and south sides of the penthouse. Collaborating with New York's RKLA studio, we crafted green oases enhancing the apartment's allure, providing serene respites amidst the urban skyline.
